All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.

Because we work with international suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days  
- International: 10–20 business days  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to high demand, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

DELAYS:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside of our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Noor El Hijab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
